Our Approach to Care

Positive, Respectful, and Data-Driven

Our approach is built on a firm belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life—on their own terms.

We use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to understand behaviours that challenge and to guide people in learning new, functional skills. Our PBS Consultant conducts functional assessments and works alongside teams to reduce restrictive practices and increase quality of life.

We are also proud to be a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® registered organisation, ensuring all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to de-escalate situations and provide care safely and respectfully.
