The people we employ are our greatest asset, high quality training is a vital part of ensuring that staff teams are equipped to work constructively with our young people. Our staff training and
supervisory manager is constantly seeking and
arranging both basic and advanced courses to meet our constantly changing needs.
The support structure for our staff, is also of vital importance in the development of good practice and in supporting the their needs to enable them to continue to provide continuous quality care and support to our service users.
We are justifiably proud of our staffs commitment and resilience in coping with extremely stressful situations in a complex environment.
We are also extremely proud of the fact that we have higher than average qualified staff at NVQ level three and above, proving not only our commitment to our staff, but also the commitment to our service users, whom benefit from the knowledge base that our staff provide.
Our staff retention is generally higher than the national average, with many of our staff remaining with the company for over a five year period.
Our use of agency staff is extremely rare, and we will always use our own staff when ever possible to ensure consistent quality of care.
